Game 3 - Central Michigan

Directional State

For the third time in the last 370 days that we will be playing Central Michigan. I know that it was a conflict resolution issue that ended up putting them on our home schedule in back to back years, but it still kind of stinks. I guess if you are going to play ND and Oregon in the pre-Big Ten season then you have to have a "directional state" on the schedule I guess.

We were able to pull out an exciting win against CMU in last year’s Motor City Bowl and they return a quarterback that carved us up in the second half of that game. After a gut-wrenching loss last week, the Boilers will need all of our vocal support to avoid a let down against the Chippewa on Saturday.

We will also be welcoming parents and a large contingent of high school students this weekend as it is once again the confluence of Family Day and High School Band Day!

We will plan on meeting in the W lot on Saturday morning, hopefully towards the front of the lot just like last year. The W lot is indicated in green on the map below. For those of you parking in the IM lot it is only a 5 minute walk to the W lot, just think of us being on the way to the stadium! We have the large flagpole that extends to 20 feet, so hopefully you will be able to locate us easily.
